Our Refund Policy

  • Refund of the delivered product is permitted where there is a quality issue or order cancellation by the Company
    Refunds can happen via E-Vouchers/ Gift Card/ Transfer into customer’s bank account
  • Refunds via E-Voucher can be redeemed on next purchase at Organic India within the validity date
  • Refunds to bank accounts shall be processed within 7-8 business days (Subject to clearance in quality check)
  • Refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts. The name of the customer initiating the refund should match the name of the bank account holder
  • Cash Refunds are not allowed for COD orders
  • Refunds will only be initiated after we have physically received the returned shipment. Hence Refunds will not be applicable in case a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit

    Return is allowed only in case of delivery of incorrect or damaged products

  • Our replacement, return and refund policies are designed keeping customers first and we always try to deliver the best in the class service to our consumers.
  • The exchange, return & refund policies mentioned below are applicable only on the Purchases made online through our official website www.Khuvi.com and not applicable for products bought at offline stores or on any third-party platforms.

  • We encourage people to send in complaints ideally at the time of delivery, or else soon after, so that refunds/credits can be easily processed.
  • There are a few characteristics of organic produce that need to be accepted by customers. In cases where a customer does not acknowledge this, he/she has the option of returning the products at the time of delivery, however refunds or credit after delivery will not be accepted.
  • Organic produce might be unevenly shaped, might not be very shiny or big but it would be good inside. Organic is not about perfect looks, and does not rely on artificial growth promoters or chemicals to enhance physical appeal. The produce will look like how nature intended them to. This might be very apparent in cases of things like apples, which otherwise are infamous for heavy chemical and wax use (to make them look pretty).
  • There might be slight variations in color, size, and taste over the season since the characteristics of the some products can change with the weather.
  • On rare occasions, customers find a bug or two inside a package. We are not referring to a big visible bug that has eaten a chunk of a package, but a small bug. This will not happen very frequently, but it can happen once in a while. This is actually proof it is organic! A simple solution is open the packet, put the contents in larger plate under the sun light. You can also ask your mother, granny and aunts, they will tell you this was not unusual until the 90s.

Our Replacement Policy

  • Replacement of the products may be considered in below scenarios
  • In-transit damage of the product if such instances reported within 24 hours of product delivery
    If we deliver a product with Shelf life remaining < 25% of the product life if such instances reported within 24 hours of the delivery
  • In case of any quality related concern, subject to verification from internal quality control team after detailed understanding of the concern raised and product evaluation.
    The product in question needs to be returned for Replacement of the product, without the return of product replacement is not permitted.
  • Scenarios where Replacement of the products is not allowed
    • No replacement is allowed for any expired product
    • Used products are strictly not allowed for replacement
