Return and Cancellation Policy

If I Do Not Like Something Can I Return It?

  • For Perishable Items :You can return whatever you are not happy with, immediately with the same person who delivered the goods and the amount will be deducted from your bill – minus of delivery charges. A partial return for a single product is not possible. For instance, if you are unhappy with 2 pieces of apple out of 5, you will have to return all 5 pieces.
  • For Non Perishable items : Should you be unsatisfied with the quality or if there is a product issue and wish to get a refund after receiving your order, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery and as per our standard terms and policy we will refund or credit you the amount that you wish you return.
  • For complaints received within 24 hours after the delivery pertaining to quality issues, a refund or a credit will be offered for the next delivery. Complaints received after 24 hours of delivery will be handled on a case by case basis since most perishable don’t have a shelf life greater than that. We encourage people to send in complaints ideally at the time of delivery, or else soon after, so that refunds/credits can be easily processed.
  • You can write to us within 7 days after delivery in case there is an issue with the quality of the product. A refund or a credit will be offered for the same as per our standard terms and policy. To know more, please refer our replacement – return and refund policy.
